How to measure face width
If you want to measure your own face width, apply a ruler while looking in the mirror and measure the width around the left and right temples.
For men, it is said to be 16.5 cm on average. If you are smaller than this, choose glasses size (2) , and if you are average or above average, choose glasses size (3), and you will get well-balanced glasses.
For women, it is said to be 15 cm on average. If you are smaller than this, choose glasses size ① or ② , and if you are average or above average, choose glasses size ② or ③, and you will get well-balanced glasses.
